Returns Policy

If for some reason you purchased one of our products and its not exactly what you were after. You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be liable for the return shipping costs, however, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we’ll also pay the return shipping costs. 

If you request a refund due to changing your mind, there will be a $15.00AUD restocking fee. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please send an e-mail to and we will inform you of the process. We’ll then notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Damaged or Faulty Products

We take care to pack your products carefully so that they won’t get damaged in transit.

If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you let us know within 7 days of receiving them in the mail. We’ll arrange for the products to be returned to us and a replacement will be sent out to you.


We only ship to Australian locations at this time. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kg.

Postage & Delivery

Our delivery fees are calculated at the checkout. These fees are the rates passed onto us by the carrier, plus $0.50 for packaging.


  • Delivery times will vary depending on your destination, usually 1-5 business days, however, with the current climate, this may be longer. 
  • Tracking numbers will be provided wherever possible.

**Please note due to strict security regulations of dangerous and restricted items, shipping overseas of some items such as aerosols, fragrances and liquids with high alcohol content may be restricted and cancelled.

Without limiting the operation of other Terms & Conditions therein:

  • We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery;
  • You acknowledge and agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel your order; and
  • We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
